The security of personal data is a priority for us. Therefore, we pay special attention to personal data and their protection. These Rules for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Principles") contain information on what personal data we collect, what is the legal title of their processing, for what purposes we use them, how long we store them, to whom we can transfer them. In the Rules, we also inform you about what rights related to the processing of personal data are available to the data subject.
1. What personal data do we process?
1.1. When purchasing
The most common data provided by the customer is the data obtained via the product or service order form on our website. These are usually the data necessary to conclude and execute the sales contract. This data is necessary to complete the order and can be divided into: 1. Identification data, which is the name and surname, and in the case of a purchase for a company, REGON and NIP; 2. Contact data, which is the e-mail address, postal address, billing address, telephone number, bank details, payment details. 3. Data created in connection with the concluded agreement, specifically purchased products, value of services provided and customer segment.
1.2. People visiting our websites or creating their content
For visitors to our websites, we collect various information during their visit, such as browser settings and preferred language, the websites visited, along with the date and time of the visit. We also monitor navigation around the website, i.e. clicks on links, in order to be able to tailor the content displayed and offer the expected products and content. In order to increase user activity in the world of beauty, we provide such forms of activity on our websites as reviews of purchased products and descriptions of their advantages, or comments on our blog articles. Creating such content does not require a customer account. The user's name and surname entered by them in the form may be displayed in the entries. The user is responsible for the content posted and activity on our websites, which is why we urge you not to include personal data in the content that the user does not want to make publicly available. Our websites may contain links to other websites that we consider practical and may contain useful information. In this regard, we would like to point out that the owners and operators of such websites may be other companies and organizations that process personal data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. Our company does not control such processing and is not responsible for any information, materials, products or services contained or available through these websites.
1.3. In case of contact via hotline or social networks
In the case of telephone or e-mail contact with our customer service, we primarily process recordings of telephone conversations, which are monitored, as well as records of e-mail correspondence. In the event of contact via our website or profile on selected social networks, the processing of personal data is subject only to the Personal Data Processing Principles of the company that operates the given social network.
2. For what purposes do we process personal data?
2.1. Purchase of products and services
Most often, we process personal data for the purpose of executing the sales contract, so that we can effectively process the order received via our website, mobile application or hotline and deliver the product. The e-mail address and telephone number are used to send order confirmation, deliver confirmation of payment receipt, send an electronic invoice, as well as to provide current information on the status of the order and, if necessary, to contact you individually regarding a given order.
2.2. Customer service and customer communication
We are constantly striving to improve the services provided by our customer service, and in order to be able to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible and provide such service, we need your personal data in order to effectively process your inquiries or solve any problems related to the execution of the sales contract or the accession contract. In the case of telephone contact, the conversation will be recorded after prior warning in order to constantly improve the quality of our services. We also use the collected personal data to communicate with you and to tailor it to your individual needs. For example, we may contact you by phone, email, mobile app or in another form to remind you that there is a product in your shopping cart or to help you complete your order. In addition, to inform you about the current status of your inquiry, order or complaint or to obtain additional information from you. We may also notify you in this way about the need to perform an operation necessary to maintain the active status of your customer account.
2.3. Protection, Security and Dispute Resolution
We may also process personal data to ensure the protection and security of our customers and systems, to exercise our rights and legal claims, to detect and prevent fraud, to resolve disputes or to implement our agreements. In addition, we may also process personal data for the purpose of possible inspections carried out by public authorities.
3. What are the legal bases for our processing of personal data?
We process personal data to varying extents and for different purposes, as detailed in Article 1 and Article 2 above: a) Without your consent on the basis of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation or our legitimate interest; b) Based on your consent The types of processing that we may perform without your consent depend on the specific purpose of the processing in question, as well as the position of the data subject in relation to our company – whether they are merely a visitor to our website, or whether they make a purchase or register with us. However, personal data may also be processed if the data subject is the recipient of an ordered product or service, contacts us or visits our point of sale.
3.1. Execution of the sales contract
In the event of a purchase or placing an order in our company, a proposal to conclude a sales contract is made, which is concluded upon acceptance of the proposal from our side in the form of sending the ordered product. To execute such a sales contract or another contract concerning products or services, a large part of personal data is necessary, entered via the order form.
3.2. Fulfillment of legal obligations
We must also comply with legal obligations specified in applicable laws. The processing of personal data based on the implementation of such obligations does not require the consent of the data subject. On this legal basis, we process identification and contact data, as well as order data.
4. Security
The collected and processed personal data is transferred in an already encrypted form, and we use the SSL (secure socket layer) encryption system for their transfer. This system ensures the security of user data during communication between the browser and our server. We secure our websites and other systems used by us using appropriate technical and organizational measures against the loss and destruction of personal data, and also against unauthorized access to personal data, its change or modification. We are constantly improving these safeguards, and we also require our processors to demonstrate compliance of their systems with the GDPR.
5. What cookies do we use?
The cookies we use on our websites can be divided into 2 basic types: - Short-term, so-called "session cookies", which are deleted immediately after the end of your visit to our websites; - Long-term, so-called "persistent cookies", which remain in your browser or device for a specified period of time or until you manually delete them. Cookies can also be divided according to their function into: - Essential, i.e. technical and functional cookies, which are essential for the basic functionality of websites. Without these cookies, it would not be possible to place a product in the basket, send an order, or log in to a customer account. - Analytical, which help us to increase the comfort of using our websites by understanding how users use them. They also allow us to analyze the effectiveness of different sales channels. Correct functioning of the shopping cart so that you can place an order quickly and easily. - Remembering login details so that the user does not have to enter them again. - Adapting our websites to the user's requirements as much as possible by monitoring visits, navigation on our websites and the functions used. - Obtaining information about what advertisements the user views so that in the future we do not display advertisements for products that they are not interested in.
